- Coach Alvarado LOVES Freddy's. She orders a double cheeseburger with ketchup, mustard, and tomato ONLY, along with fries and a Coke. "So Yummy"!
- She has a love for books, so picking a favorite one was a tough question. Coach Alvarado chose several of her favorite series. I bet you have read some of them: Harry Potter Series, Hunger Games Series, Songs of Ice, and Fire Series. Great Summer Reads!
- If you pull up to Coach Alvarado's car, you may hear her jamming to "We Are Young" by Fun or "For the Longest Time" by Billy Joel.
- Why does Coach Alvarado coach cheer? --I love CHEER!!!!I have always wanted to be a cheer coach because I want to positively influence students and I want kids to LOVE CHEER like I do. I want to encourage and cultivate school spirit! I love CHEER!!!!!
- Coach Alvarado was a cheerleader herself. She cheered all through her high school years!
- She has many WISHES for this years squad: 1) NO DRAMA, Lots of HAPPINESS, 2) Progress to improve our skills and techniques, and 3) to win 1st at state competition
- Coach Alvarado believes "everything happens for a reason". "God, has a plan", and she likes the Ralph Waldo Emerson quote, "what lies behind us and what lies before us are small matters, to what lies with in us".
- Coach Alvarado would use her Super Hero Powers to travel the world, and discipline her students. She would also use her powers just for fun! The thought of having powers is FUN!
